Terms

A 50% deposit is payable within 2 days after booking and the remaining 50% on arrival.
No smoking in the apartments . No pets allowed. We do not supply beach towels, please bring your own.

Important check-in procedures about booking

Check-in closes at 20:00.
This special discounted rate is non-refundable. If you choose to change or cancel this booking you will not be refunded any of the payment.
There is no after-hours reception at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation.
24-hour Airport Taxi service is available. Contact the property in advance to get details.
Guests are required to contact the property in advance if checking in after 17h00 or on weekends/public holidays.

Cancellation Policies

Month before stay date: 100% of deposit will be refundable, less an admin fee of R250.00.
Weeks before stay date: 50% of deposit will be refundable (thus 25% of total booking).
Less than 2 weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable and you will be liable for the full booking amount.
No refunds will be made for shortened stays.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Please note that we recommend you obtaining travel insurance for cover in event of cancellation.
